{"id":363,"date":"2013-07-25T10:00:22","date_gmt":"2013-07-25T05:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.diadelaenergia.com\/?page_id=363"},"modified":"2016-06-07T20:25:50","modified_gmt":"2016-06-07T15:25:50","slug":"dia-de-la-energia-2012","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.diadelaenergia.com\/congresos-anteriores\/en\/dia-de-la-energia-2012\/","title":{"rendered":"Energy Day 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022\tOn July 3, 2012, the \u201cEnergy Day\u201d, an International Conference organized by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lq.com.pe\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Laub &amp; Quijandr\u00eda, Consultants and Lawyers<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0took place with the sponsorship of the sector\u2019s leading companies and the attendance of the private companies and government representatives.<\/p>\n<p>This Conference program had four sessions and the participation of national and international speakers and panelists who provided their points of view regarding the sector progress, advances and challenges.<\/p>\n<p>This first Congress had 4 sessions that addressed the following subjects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diadelaenergia.com\/bloque-i-politica-energetica\/\">Session I: Energy Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diadelaenergia.com\/bloque-ii-gas-natural\/\">Session II: Natural Gas<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diadelaenergia.com\/bloque-iii-electricidad\/\">Session III: Electricity<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diadelaenergia.com\/bloque-iv-hidrocarburos\/\">Session IV: Hydrocarbons<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Chakib Khelil<\/i><\/b>,ex president of OPEC <i>Keynote<\/i>\u00a0<em>Speaker<\/em>.\u00a0 His speech was about the mid-term situation and perspective of oil and natural gas markets.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Opening <\/h3>\n<p>The <b> Eng. Jaime Quijandr\u00eda,<\/b>, main partner of Laub &amp; Quijandr\u00eda Consultants and Lawyers, was in charge of the Opening Ceremony. He spoke about the importance of planning for timely identification of problems such as reaching consensus. He also announced that L&amp;Q will organized the \u201cEnergy Day\u201d every year in order to improve dialogue, understanding and preparation of agreements among the most important parties of the sector. He revealed that for the coming year, there should be included a Session related to Renewable Energies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Closing Ceremony <\/h3>\n<p>The <b> Ing.
